Sorry for not writing sooner. This is what I have found so far. I have the names of Emily and Roderick's children but I need to look some more in my genealogy papers.



I have William Stubblefield married Elizabeth McDaniel.

Children of William and Elizabeth Stubblefield

George R Stubblefield Born June 21, 1801 in Tn.

George Stubblefield married Mary A Johnson.

Mary's father's name was Stephen Johnson. I don't have the mother's name . Mary was born on or around 1804 in Tn.
I have one more child for George and Mary Stubblefield,her name is Hannibal Stubblefield. I think she would have been the youngest.I don't know how accurate my info is. Some was sent to me and some I found on Genealogy.com . I did find under the 1900 Gunsight Texas census Roderick Maggie Stubblefied and also Emily and Roderick's children and grandchildren. This is what is on the 1900 census.

Maggie Stubblefield, wife, March 1867, age 33, birth Texas, Father's birth Alabama. Mother's North Carolina.
Roxie Sweward, Step-dau, Sept 1890, Age 9, Birth Texas, Father's unknown. Mother's Texas.
Eater E. Stubblefield, Dau, Jan 1894, age 6, Birth Texas, Father's Virgina. Mother's Texas.
James F Stubblefield, Son, March 1895, age 5, birth Texas,Father's Virgina. Mother's Texas.
Ruthie A. Stubblefield, Dau ,Feb 1892, age 2, birth Texas, father's virgina, mother's Texas.
Roderick R Stubblefield, son, Jun 1900, age 0/12, birth Texas, father's Virgina, Mother's Texas.
Hanable C. Stubblefield, son, Jun 1868, age 31, married 11 years, birth Texas, father's Virgina, Mother's Mississippi.
Mattie A Stubblefield, Daughter in law, Dec 1865, age 34,married 11 years, birth Tenn, Father's Tenn, Mother's Tenn.
Alice M. Stubblefield, Dau, July 1888, age 11, birth Texas, Father's Virgina, Mother's Mississippi.
Nattie May Stubblefield, Grd Dau, Sept 1891, age 8, birth Texas, Father's Texas, mother's Tn.
George R Stubblefield, Grd Son, Nov 1898, birth Texas, Father's Texas, Mother's TN.
LYMAN L Stubblefield, grandson, April 1899, 1/12, Birth Texas, Father's Texas, Mother's Tn.

The info that I have says that Roderick Stubblefield was Buried in Eastland. I have wrote to Eastland and also called. There is no record of Roderick's burial in Eastland. I was also told that Roderick and Maggie were married in Hurst, Texas . I wrote Hurst, Texas. They could not find any records. If you find any more info please let me known. I will keep looking though my genealoy papers. I will keep you posted on any thing new I found. I have a big box with mygenealogy papers in it and it all piles together.
