Margaret and Mary Jordan, Clearfield PA

Two brothers, James (b1775) and Joseph (b.1779) McCracken married women with the same last name, from the same township (Lawrence) in Clearfiled PA, Margaret (b.1783) and Mary (b.1789) Jordan.Am I correct to assume that these are sisters?Who were their parents?I have information on their respective spouses which I will be glad to share.
