Thank you Lisa for the information.I am looking for a Charles C. Jordan.Could it by any chance that the L be mistaken for a C?
My Charles C. was born in GA between 1790 and 1800.I have been able to determine that by the census of 1850 and 1860.I know that the middle initial is a C.It occurs too many times like that.Thank you for your help.In the meantime I will continue to look.Regards, Jan E.
