You mentioned Jordans in Chatham County, NC in your post.I am looking for the ancestors of Cattie Matthews, the daughter of Captain Billy (William) Matthews and Susan Clark.Cattie married Adolphus Jordan and they had a daughter, Eulalie Jordan(b. 2 September 1882), who married Cad N. Bray.As you say, this may be a longshot, but do you recognize any of the above?I would appreciate any assistance.
