I hope this thread is still active. I noticed that most of the mails here are a few years old already. I'm interested to know my lineage on the side of my mother who is a jose-mejia. My grandmother's name is Margarita Jose (who is now 70ish) and his father, based on her marriage certificate is named Cenon Jose. I also heard that they were originally from Laoag but they have relatives also in Tarlac and other neighboring provinces. Let me know if you have other inquiries and hope to learn more about the Jose family too.
