I'm descended from the Jose line in Cornwall. My line descends from Johnathon, son of Robert Jose and Bridget Trethewy. I do not have Robert's birth/christening, but he married Bridget Trethewy August 7 1698 at St. Stephene's in Brannel Cornwall and was buried there January 28, 1728. From Johnathon and his wife, Rachel Coad, to their son Jonathon Jose and his wife, Susanna Launder. Jonathon and Susanna's son Jonathon married Mary Barron. Their daughter Mary Jose married John Rowe Floyd at St. Ewe on Sugust 30, 1819 and their daughter, Elizabeth Floyd married Edward Thomas whose son, Wm Henry Thomas was my great-grandfather.
