Looking for Wilshire L. Sharp of St. Louis/St. Charles

Wiltshire (also spelled Wilshire) L. Sharp (d. 1848) married Pauline M. Keithly (b. 1817) about 1837.

Their child was Lucy Ellen Sharp (1840-1914), who married William Oscar Keeble (1839-1901) in 1860.

Does anyone have any information on Witshire or his ancestors?
