Keiper Brothers connection???

Is it possible we can connect these people. James born 1816, Joseph born 1813, Abraham born 1822. Abe born in Northampton Co.I do have a picture of 4 Keiper brothers in Civil war uniform. There were 5 origninally, one brother died in Mexican War. Anyone out there know siblings of these people.
