hisorry it took me so long to respond.I went thru my bk. on Kipers/Keiper and I'm sorry to say there is no Henry & Susanna or John and Barbara; however I did come across some census records from my own 'collection' of material that may be useful, if you don't already have it.Sorry I couldn't be of more use.donnapa.Census l860.July llJackson TwpMonroe co.Henry Ker age 51 b. Pa.laborerwife, Susannah b.Pa. age 49children: Andrew age 25, Tillman l5, Gusta 10, Amalia 10, Henry 8, Ameliam 6I also have a Henry Kiper in Richland Twp.Camabria co.l860age 70 retired b. Pa. farmer & wife, Susanna age 62 b. Pa. and this Henry in same county: Henry 33 b.Germanyfarmerwife, Susan 26 b.a. neither can read/write Englishchildren: Sarah 4,Moses 3, Fred 5 monthsMy grandfather John came from Monroe co, Tobyhanna around l900 & settled Sullivan co. with mother & siblings and later moved thru Bradford to Lycoming county following lumbering business.Nothing known about his father as he had died young and was never talked about.I'm still trying to find out where the elder Kiper died. You'll find Kiper name spelled several ways but I'm told the correct way was Keiper since two of my grandfathers own brothers spelled their names this way while the rest retained the Kiper spelling and my eldest Aunt said this was used because her dad couldn't write so they just went by the spelling from school teachers and tax collectors.I will check back on this site occasionally and if I come across any info on Henry & Susanna or John and Barbara I'll forward it.again, sorry i wasn't more help.
