marriage records for 1863-64 in Donegal ,Ireland

Does any one know where I could find records of marriages for Donegal about those years? My great,great,grandfather James Kelly married his wife Mary Ann MacInnulty about this time then moved to Scotland where they had 9 children Hugh,John,MaryAnn,Alice,James,Patrick,Bernard,Thomas,and Micheal.They settled in the Cumbernauld,Kilsyth,Croy,Auchenstarry areas.Does anyone have any info on them.Hugh was my great,grandfather.
