My great great grandmother Henrietta Phoebe Kelly was born 1866 in Walhalla South Carolina in Oconee county.Her father was Ezekiel Kelly and mother Catherine Eaton Kelly. In 1870 census Ezekiel is spelled Ezeual, but the other members of the family are there.In 1880, the family has moved to Brownville, Clay Alabama.Also in the 1880 census in Brownville is Surry Kelly with a sister, Rebecca Kelly in the home and she is 50 years old.The names fit and Oconee county fits.I am looking for my White family.Phoebe married Dave Perry White who is my great great grandfather and my father lived with him as a child.My father is still living, but says his grandfather lost his family as a young man and could never find them. Wouldlove to find information for my father.Don`t know if Phoebe and Dave met in South Carolina or Alabama.Both state on other census reports that born in South Carolina.Any other information would be appreciated.There is also a Calhoun grandchild in the 1880 census.
