AARON KEMP BORN 1800 SC LIVED 1850 CARROLL CO. TN

I am looking for either where Aaron Kemp was born in SC in 1800 or who his Parents were? I am a descendant of one of his children (Pleasant) and I have come to a halt in my search because I do not know of how to figure out who his parents were. Any info would be great
