Charles Kemp b 1816

I am looking for information on Charles Kemp b 1816 in either NH or VT. In 1855 he married Rhonda Janey Morris in Noxubee Co, MS. I found them in the 1860 Loundes Co MS census. They left for Texas sometime after 1865. Charles either died before they reached Texas or after they arrived in Colorado County, TX. I found his wife and children in the 1870 census, but no Charles. He is listed in the 1870 Mortality Schedule as having died of consumption.

I would like to find his parents.
