Walter Kemp & Rebecca Albert

Hello,
I am stuck, researching the marriage of the above-mentionned Walter Kemp & Rebecca Albert, perhaps in Canada, perhaps not, perhaps newly emigrated from England or Scotland... Perhaps only Walter did emigrate and Rebecca was Canadian born, in which case they would have been married in Canada or even Quebec.
They must have married around 1914. The family settled in Quebec prov.
Rebecca was born ca. 1895.
All I know is they had a son, Walter jr., born March 18, year unknown, who married Georgette Calvé (Aquila & Marcelle Campeau) in 1935, in Quebec.
