Ihave linked up with a couple of contacts in the UKresearching Kendrick -

My huband's distant relative, Ted Kendrick,(whose father is my husbands fifth cousin) has traced a large Staffs family to 2 brothers who came from Oswestry in 1600's.

My father-in-law's grandmother was Harriet KENDRICK b 10 Aug 1843 youngest child of Joseph and Eliabeth(nee SLINN), the other childrenbeing Mary 28 May 1817, Elizabeth 16 Dec 1919, Thomas 22 Nov 1822, Mar 25 Nov 1825, George 15 Jun 1828, Frederick 5 Dec 1830, Ema 4 May 1834, Jane 21 April 1837, Maria 30 Aug 1840.
