Re: Kennards in Kent England 1513 to 2000. e
Is KENWARD a variant of KENNARD?
I've been researching my MANLEY line in Kent and have got back to middle of 17th century. It seems that my MANLEYs married into the KENWARD family of Yalding, Kent.
I've been to Yalding and noted the MANLEY and KENWARD monuments in the church. My next step is to delve more deeply into the Yalding PR, manor court records etc. I also note from the PRO catalogue several KENWARD IPMs I may need to look at. If you have any info that might help my quest I'd be grateful.
Many thanks, Chris Wordingham, Biggin Hill, Kent.
