I'm currently researching my family history and my great-grandfather was an Andrew Kenneally from Galway (b. 1860) who married an Annie who was born in India. They appear in the 1901 census living in Dover and one of their children was my grandmother who is also shown as being born in India (as were her three older siblings, Robert M; Bridget M; Lillian K and in the 1911 census a Doris - although I don't think she was born in India).
I can only assume he worked in India (in the Army?) and met and married Annie out there. Does this ring any bells?
