Re: Patrick J. Kenny b. 1850 NY/Hudson Co., NJ 1880-1910

My father was Peter Kenny who was born in Ireland 1919 and came to Hudson County, NJ about 1930.I believe he was born in Arklow, Wicklow area.His father was Peter, who came to the US about 1927. His mother was Elizabeth 'Allen'.They lived in Hoboken, New Jersey.
My father had younger brothers who were also born in Ireland: James, Alowious...?, and a sister Elish (Elizabeth) who visted Ireland frequently and currently is the only remaining surviver about 88 year old in 2010. The youngest brother John was born in the U.S.
My great-grandfather, I believe his name was also Peter Kenny, someone who operated a train and able to drive autos and machinery.He was a tiny man who dressed like a child to be overlooked, if he had to drive others to northern Ireland.Other relatives in Ireland weremailmen, and quarry basters.
