This branch has been known to me as KENNEY. However, on many of the forms I find KENNY so I am posting my info here in the event the E was added in the 1920s when this branch left Manhattan for Greenpoint Brooklyn NY.
April 1910 19th ward Manhattan 211 East 47th St Line 82
Kenny James age 30 male white born NY parents born Ireland married 5 years occupation junk
Kenny Margaret age 24 2 births 2 alive (maiden name Dietz)
Kenny James Jr age 3 single born NY
Kenny George K age 4 single
Wilson Helen cousin female white age 17 born NY single (should be Jim's sister)
Roach James boarder male white 33 single occupation junk
Kenny Thomas brother born NY parents b Ireland age 33 junk
Kenny George brother born NY parents b Ireland age 29 junk

1920 census Jim was dead, broken neck off a horse (daughter Grace b Sept 1917). The family then appeared with the spelling KENNEY when Margaret & kids resettled in Greenpoint Brooklyn, Bklyn. Never found Jim's resting place so we cant go backwards as we suspect he is buried with his parents James & Mary (the immigrants) Family history says Helen WILSON was sister this says cousin single with the name WILSON her husbands or maybe brother's name was Richard (as per Grace's batism).Margaret DIETZ KENNEY father was also in Junk (James Dietz married Mary CARROLL).
The boy listed as James Jr was baptised at St John the Evangilist (E 55th St NYC) godfather Edward DIETZ & Margaret WALSH) son in 1917 daughter Grace was baptised in St Boniface 47th & 2nd NY Godmother Elizabeth DIETZ Godfather Richard WILSON.
Any help would be appreciated.I am stalled.Thank you for your time & trouble.
