Mary Catherine Kerr wife of Daniel Lefever

Daniel Lefevre born 1713, son of Isaac Lefevre & Catherine Ferree, according to the book, The Pennsylvania Lefevres, is supposed to have married a Mary Catherine Kerr about 1736 in Lancaster PA area.In 1753 he bought land in Frederick Co., Maryland.He may have pioneered there with some Ker and/or Ferree.Some have questioned if Mary was a Kerr or Herr.
I am interested in the parents and siblings of this Mary Catherine Kerr (Carr?). Perhaps a James?Were her line of Kerr married to Fulton, Schley, Baltzell, Matthews, or Kemp (Kempf)?
