I do not know if this is your George W. Kinard I came across this information in the sc archives,in Columbia sc.

I do no have proof that Jacob Andrew is the correct name this is work that someone posted on the web and I can not find any proof that it is correct. I was hoping that you may of had some information on this line.I am looking thru my notes to see what was given with the name.It has been a while since I have looked at the data.
