My David Kinsey 1801-1870 lived in Hanoverdale (Hershey area), Dauphin and was married to Catherine Rhoads 1813-1890.

It is very possible he was the son of Jacob Kinsey and Mary Cans who was the first of the family to settle in
Dauphin County, Pa.

Their children as listed in a history of the county consisted of thirteen children:Barbara, Nancy, Sallie, David, John, Jacob, Christian, Elizabeth, Samuel, Mary, Catherine, Susan and Margaret.

So, it is very possible your Christian is the same child
listed as son of Jacob and Mary Kinsey in which case would be a brother to my David.
