Bill - Was Kirch her maiden name? If so, a possible lead would be Anna Muriel Kirch, b. 26 March 1904. I show that she married a Richard Done of England and had a son, James Done in 1940. She would have been 18 when your mother was born.Anna's parents were Louis Henry Kirch b. 1 May 1878 in Centerville, CA, and Helen Smith b. 1880 in San Francisco, CA, d. 1 July 1939.Louis Henry Kirch's parents were John Baptist Kirch, b. 27 July 1829 in Luxembourg, Ger., d. 10 July 1911 in Sanger, Fresno, CA, and Eliza Jane Price Hiatt, b. 22 May 1842 in Indiana, d. 11 July 1915 in Academy, Fresno, CA.
