According to the information I have on the Kirk family.William Kirk listed on the dawes commision with his wife Laura Kirk and daughter Christial Kirk.William father was Albert Logan Kirk whose father was John H Kirk.I do not know the specifics of his eligibility but I have sent off for his dawes packet and will post the information I get.I believe they are listed from Westville Oklahoma.
