I know nothing much of my Kirk relatives , my dad is Marion Edward Kirk Sr. His dad was Joesph Garvin Kirk ....his dad was killed before his birth. Joesph Garvin Kirk 's Grandfather live in Cherokee county, Alabama. He moved to Roanoke Alabama (Randolph County ) where he started a lumber mill or saw mill . Joesph's mother remarried , I beleive he was a Terry . we really don't have much more info than that .I would like to know my kin though , I was told that most of Kirk kin came out of scottish ancestory .
