Dolores...My Grandfather was born in 1898 in Austin, Tx..
I believe his mother's name was Abigail (sp) and she was the daughter of an Indian Chief..(I don't even know what tribe)..I do not know my greatgrandfather's first name..My grandfather was George Benjamin Kirk and he had a brother or half brother, James Kirk and a sister or half sister, Lillie (Kirk) Martin..Any of this make sense?
