Sandy Kirk b. 1950 adopted

Please help me find Sandy b. female, 1950 possibly Missouri. Mother's name Geneva Ann Kirk. Father unknown. Was given up for adoption to a Maternal Aunt (unknown). Mother was very secretive about her life. Just found her in 2002, sadly past away a week later, so didn't get much information. If anyone could give me some direction, I would be greatly appreciative.
