Lost Brother, Michael Nielsen Kirkeby

Sandra Kirkeby raised with two brothers by a service man father from Norway and mother from Germany. Parents split and she hasn't seen her brother since being taken to Germany when she was 15, 20+ years ago. She has knowledge that her brother was in the northwest in recent years.
