Help researching Kneeland Family

Hello,
I have just started to research my great grandmother Sarah Kneeland's family. Unfortunatley I do not have that much information on her other than her birth and death dates. I did however find a family tree on this site that I was able to make a connection to.I do not know if any of this information is correct or not but i would love to be able to use this and or even be able to expand on these individuals.
