I have communicated in years past with Alan Jackson. This is not new.I repeat, I have ALL of the VA records, but nowhere is this assumed family structure of the first three generations documented. There is no proof of sons dying and fathers remarrying. This is highly speculative and it still does not explain Sarah Knibb who married John Wynne of VA and migrated to Wilkes/Warren Co, GA where he died in 1797.Considering the general loss of VA records, it seems that there could be and is a severe lack of surviving records and that the family structure has been compacted to fit the available records.
