Re: York South Carolina Knights

The names you mention are not familiar ones in my Knight family; however, James Malcolm Calloway Knight, b. 12-21-1821 Chester, S.C.; m. Susannah Womble, b. 10-30-1833 Marlboro, S.C. They came to Texas and settled in Buffalo Gap 1876. I am seeking info on J.M.C. Knight's parents and their original country. Also interested in Susannah Wombles' ancestry. Have descendants to present, but have come to block in ancestry.
