Betsey Knight, b. 1829 in Roche, Cornwall, England

I am searching for information on the family of Betsey Knight, born about 1829 in Roche, Cornwall, England.She married Joseph Trudgeon in 1848 and they had 10 children.I have done some searching on Knights in Roche, but there are so many, I'm not sure where to start.I think Anthony Knight and Phillip Knight may be related to Betsey, but I have no proof.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
