Kathy...No one will have an interest in "genetic genealogy" any time soon, unfortunately..I have tried to get at least the basic test (abt $87.) for all of my major lines before the lines fade away...It does happen!..I
offer to pay the cost and do the work...That way a sample
is taken for the basic test (which is adequate to start
with)..It gets a sample into the testing system and that
sample can be upgraded at a later date, if necessary to
refine a relationship....Most family members will do that
much if asked...and it is fun to be on the cutting edge..
