Re: John Knights-Half moon, NY

Hi Sue-In May of 2001 I was able to visit the Smithtown cemetery at Halfmoon, NY (Upper Newtown Road east of Pohl Drive, behind the house at number 179.) where Rosannah Nessle and John Knights are buried.I would be glad to email these to you.The cemetery was mowed, but not in the greatest shape. the terrain was quite rough.I don't have a lot of info on this ancestry. My 81 year old mother says she is pretty sure she is related to the Knights family who owns orchards in the Saratoga-Burnt Hills-Ballston Spa area.But that is all the info she has on the Knights connection to her side of the family-Sarah Knights who was married to Christopher Snyder.
