Konstanty;s World War II draft card shows he was born in Pvewyailine, Poland. Where that is I have no idea. The spelling is probably off.
The 1930 census has the family living in Wayne County, PA. It shows Konstanty and Anna were married about 1905. He immigrated in 1906 and she in 1908. The 1920 census shows much the same info except this time they show Constanty immigrated in 1908 and Anna and their daughter Catherine immigrated in 1911 and were born in Galicia. They were living in Dupony, Luzerne County, PA. The census also shows Contanty had applied for naturalization.
Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
I suggest getting his naturalization papers. In Pennsylvania that was usually done through the county Prothonotary Office. Whether that was in Luzerne County or Wayne County is the question. But the papers more than likely will have where he was born and when and where he arrived. I also suggest getting Konstanty and Anna's death certificates which should have the parents' names. Their obituaries may also be helpful.
