I am researching a 3 page legal doocument submitted by the Sheriff, Allegany Co., MD, in 1834 on land foreclosure of Emanuel Custer who died 28 Oct. 1834. Does anyone know of a birth date of said Emanuel Custer, 1854. (Possible son of Paul Custer. Irish Catholic?) of VA.

Emanuel Custer Catholic Irish, had Lots #3568, #3569 #4000,
1804, Emanuel Custer was not found among the Catholic Irish but had Lots #3568, #3569, 4000 Lots, Total

Charles W. Krebs et ux & Fales Foreclosure 1834. Emanuel Custer, deceased 28 Oct 1834.

I don't think it was the son of Nicholus Custer, b. 1854, died about 100 years later in Jessups, MD.
