Kriebels and the Schwenkfelders
I have a copy of an old book which was written in 1879 by the Rdv. Reuben Kriebel. This book is a genealogical (goldmine!) record of the descendants of the Schwenkfelders. The Schwenkfelders were a small religious sect who were chased out of Europe. They emigrated to Pennsylvania in the 1730s. I am transcribing the data into my computer software for easy access. Common surnames in the text are Kiebel, Yeakel, Heydrick, Meschter, Wiegner, Schultz, and Drescher.
