Correction. I have the wrong information listed on Lewis/Louis (Born: 1824) Krieger's second wife.It was Charles Krieger's(Born: 1855) brother, Lewis/Louis Krieger(Born: 1852/1853), who married Matilda Joyce (Born: 1859).

Lewis/Louis Krieger (Born: 1824) - his first wife was Susanna Schuff (Died: 1855).

Lewis/Louis Krieger (Born: 1824) is found listed in the 1860 Kentucky Census for Jefferson County, 4th Ward, City:Louisville.He is listed by himself and his occupation was Leather Dealer.

Lewis/Louis Krieger's second wife was Louisa _______.

Lewis/Louis Krieger and second wife Louisa are found listed in the 1870 Kentucky Census for Jefferson County.His occupation is listed as Leather Manuafacturer.Listed in the household are his wife Louisa ______, and son Charles Krieger, age 16 - son of his first wife Susanna Schuff (Died: 1855).The younger children of the household are Henrietta, age 9, Louis, age 7, Frank, age 5, and William age 3.

Lewis/Louis Krieger (Born: 1824) may have passed away after the 1870 census and before 1880.

Lewis/Louis Krieger's (Born: 1824) wife Louisa _____ may have passed away after the birth of their son Joseph Krieger in 1875.Their son Louis, age 7, in 1870 - I do not know what became of him.

In the 1880 census, two of Lewis/Louis(Born: 1824) and Louisa's sons are living in the household of his brother Jakob (Jaco) Krieger (Born: 1831).They are Frank Krieger, age 15, occupation Saddler and William Krieger, age 13, goes to school.

Lewis/Louis (Born: 1824) and Louisa's daughter, Henrietta Krieger, grew up and married Joseph P. Sonne, a retail grocer.

In the 1880 census records, Joseph Sonne, age 24, and Henrietta Krieger, age 19, have living in their household, Henrietta's sister, Ida Krieger, age 13, and youngest brother, Joseph Krieger, age 4.

Joseph Sonne and Henrietta Krieger are listed on page 591, 8th Ward, City: Louisville, of the 1880 census records.

Also, in the 1880 census records, Henrietta Krieger Sonne's uncle, Charles Krieger(Born: 1826), is listed on following page 592, 8th Ward, City: Louisville, of the 1880 census records.

Henrietta Krieger and her husband Joseph P. Sonne are found listed in the 1900 census records.Residing with them is Henrietta's brother, William Krieger, age 35 (age 13 in 1880),occupation Grocery Salesman.

Henrietta Krieger and Joseph Sonne are listed on page 293, 8th Ward, Magisterial District # 7, City:Louisville of the 1900 census records.They resided on Sixth St.

Henrietta Krieger Sonne's brother, Frank Krieger, occupation Day Laborer, is found listed in the same 1900 census records.

Frank Krieger and wife Augusta _____ are listed on page 289, 8th Ward, Magisterial District # 7, City: Louisville of the 1900 census records.They resided on Seventh St.

Ida Krieger(age 13 in 1880) - she grew up and married John Cook.Ida Krieger and John Cook are found listed in the 1900 census records, and Ida's brother, Joseph Krieger(Born: 1875) is living with her.

Ida Krieger and John Cook are listed on page 289, 8th Ward, Magisterial District # 7, City: Louisville of the 1900 census records.

By 1910, Joseph Krieger (Born: 1875), occupation Bookkeeper, is living with his sister Henrietta Krieger and her husband Joseph Sonne.

In 1910, Joseph Sonne and Henrietta Krieger are listed on page 122, 8th Ward, 10th Precinct, City: Louisville of the 1910 census records.

In 1910, Henrietta Krieger Sonne's brother, Frank Krieger, occupation Laborer/Plumbing Manufacturing, and wife Augusta (Gussie) are listed on page 119, 8th Ward, 10th Precinct, City: Louisville of the 1910 census records.
