Sutton, Sutton notes that of Paul Custer, he did not know of him and that Alonzo Little made no mention of Paul either in his notes. 1888 [Custer Family at the request of the Custer's to prove place in the French Spolition and inheritance of Joseph Ball. One report gives Germany as place of birth.
DAR - Hermanus Custer, J. E. Sutton notes a second Paul Custer, noting the line of Hermanus Custer. An Edler proved their DAR lineage through this line.
