The grand Inquest of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania (unreadable) for the county of Centre upon their oath and affirmations respectively do preserver that Conrod Kyler late of the county aforesaid, yeoman, the eight day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four at Half Moon Township in the county aforesaid and within the jursidiction of this county did commit fornication with a certain Catharine Turner and a female bastard child on the body of her the said Catherine then and there did beget contrary to the forn(illegible) of the actof apenbly(illegible) in such care made and [married illegible I'm guessing word married] and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Witness for the commonwealth: Catherine Turner (her sign) signed Joseph B. McKean.
