Frederick Baptiste La Belle

My Great great grandfather is Frederick Baptiste La Belle b. 9-30-1870 and married Minnie Estelle Jackson on 12-29-1891. They had 10 children one of which was my great grandmother Elsie Edith b. 1-4-1893 in Kansas d. 1977 in Riverside, California. She married Jesse Raymond Charboneau 5-14-1911 in Oklahoma and had 2 children, Jesse Wayne and Harold. The names of Elsie's siblings are: Maude Eldora who married a Nix, Glen Frederick, Harriette Marieand who married a Tankersley, Clarence Charles, Jasper Phletis, Clara Nina-the youngest- who married a Kelley, and 3 I don't have names for. I also have no idea who Frederick's parents are or where they were from. Does anyone have any information on these people? I would appreciate anything to chart this branch of my family.
