I have reason to believe that the Richard J. Lackey you list is the same person as my Jackson Lackey.Jackson was born in Arkansas c.1827 (according to census info).He is first found in Conway co around the early 1840's living with James, William, Oliver, and Owen. Do you have any other details about Richards family you could post?
