Hi Georgedda,
Here I am again. Well I thought you were talking about Philemon Lacey 1749 and Esther Daniel of Carter Co. TN. Their children were:
James 1771 m.Nancy Edens
Rebecca M. Lacey 1774 m.Thomas Tipton
William Lacey 1777 m.Jane Anderson
Nance E. Lacey 1780 m. Aaron Reno
George Lacey abt.1784 m.Elizabeth Tipton
John Lacey 1786 m.Sarah Price
Ann Lacey abt. 1788 believe died young
Mark Lacey 1790 m. Elizabeth Campbell
Isaac abt. 1792 m. unknown
Esther Lacey 1794-6 m. Levi Russell
Philemons father has not been found, as far as I am concerned. Some say William Lacey 1724-34 Greenbrier, I am not convinced. William of Greenbrier may have been Philemon's brother.
Philemon 1749 did not have a living child named Philemon. James 1771 did have a son named Philemon, third child T. Philemon or Philemon R. maybe somes times called Tetter??
James Lacey 1771 also had a James abt. 1790, Alexander abt 1792, Philemon T or R 1794, Isaac abt. 1796, Martha "Patsy" 1798, Basdal 1800 retarded, Teter or Philemon?? abt. 1802, Nancy abt. 1806, there was a Thomas living with Philemon in 1830, Esther 1812 and John Washington 1815.
Here is William Lacey 1724-34 ( think he was born about 1732, again no proof) and #2 Mary Belle Nettle from Greenbrier Co. VA. I have no proof of William having a wife #1. He did have a wife #3or #2 Hanna Evans m.12 Jan. 1787 Bote. Co. VA (FT-CD #4) Hanna and William had no children.
Children:
William 07 Feb. 1755 m. Martha Blankenship had no Philemon.

m.Amanda Brown (she had a bro. Daniel Brown b. 1814) b.02 Feb. abt.1812
d.02 Feb. 1881 Floress KY
Parents: James W. Brown & Nancy Ann Auxier
m.28 Feb. 1829 Morgan Co. KY (from Early Morgan Co. KY Marriages 1823-1835 and Later)

Hope this is the one you are looking for.
I also have a John Batte Lacy from New Kent co. VA, son of Thomas Batte Lacy and Frances Hopkins
s/o Henry Jr Lacy and Sarah Bacon
s/o Henry Lacy Sr. and Angelica ca Armstead
s/o ca William II of (James City Co. VA), (I am not saying for sure that this Henry was the son of William Lacey II- only a possible suspect that he was). William married either Mary, Sarah or Amy Batte/ dau. of Thomas Batte, was in Kew Kent Co. VA in 1704.
s/o William Lacey I (of Ireland) wife unknown. Immigrated to James City Co., VA, up the York River, in 1652.
Henry and Angelica had a son Thomas Batte Lacey abt. 1733 New Kent Co. VA. m. Anthony, first or last name unknown.
I may have just made things worse, hope not.
Feel free if you have any more question, to ask me.
