Here's all I have for Rebecca Lacy and her father WILLIAM LACY and the MURRAY Children of Renne Murray and Rebecca Lacy, and I see no Lucinda LACYbut bet she could bea relative so this will give you some data to do further reseach on them in Monroe Co. and Loudon Co. TN. perhaps to see if they could connect.- Tina
Rebecca Lacy b. 22 June, 1809and d. May 11, 1882.
Marriage data given by Mona is on June 02, 1840 one day later than the dates shown for them by Murrays and others.
"Renne Murray and Rebecca Lacy were married June 1, 1840.They had 3 children by this union ( R. Lacy Murray born Jan. 1809 ): "
7. Janes J. Murray ( believe this to be a typo and should read James J. Murray ) b. March 1, 1841.
8.Isaac N. Murray b. June 1, 1842 ( notes by Murrays say : ( "N" stands for NEWTON - children Inez Lena Cowan, Jessie McCray >child Mary M. " )
9.Sam. R. Murray b. Nov. 24, 1843.
Renne Murray is listed on the 1870 Monroe Co. TN Census as shown below and by 1881 had died in Greene Co. MO at home of his son A. H. Murray of Ash Grove, Greene Co. MO.So sometime between the 1870 Monroe Co. TN Censusand the 1873 Loudon Co. TN tax lists for him in name of a BENNE ( sic should be RENNE MURRAY)he had moved to Greene Co. MO and later on we see that at least one of the sons by Rebecca Lacy had also arrived in Greene Co. MO too. His son James J. Murray died in 1884 Ash Grove, Greene Co. MO andI will paste on the info for him below the census and tax list information on Renne Murray.
