Michael Lally 10/14/10
Hello.
This is a long shot for me, but I can pray.I ended my genealogy on my Lally side a few years back. This came after 20 years of resesearch.I am not certain where my great great grandmother Michael Lally married to Bridget dunn originated, other than he was from Ireland and came over with his mother, whom I believe to be single or widowed. They started in Lockport, NY and then went on to the big times. My grandfather helped establish as President the NY Central RR Station. This would of been mid 1800's.Brought it through PA, Oh and finally his last destination of Detroit, Michigan. He had a cousin and all the kids went to Notre Dame College.Of the 11 children they had, only one married. The rest had died through out the great depression years except my grandfather and his parents. 1 of 11children, and my grandfather the last to be alive of this lineage.I've wanted to learn more .. but the information has been vague. If this is of any of your family info, please contact me at [email protected] - Laurie
