Re: HELP!!!Finishing final link--PLEASE

ElvisI tried to sort out the Landrum's from John (1) of VA. I followed John(2) who moved to Orange / Chatham Co NC with 6 of his 7 sons.I believe the Oglethorp Landrum's were descendants of the one son Thomas who stayed in VA.The descendants of Oglethorp that I read about seem to think they descend from the Thomas who stayed in VA.I have some of them listed and will supply them but do not have a Thomas born in 1820. Rev Sylvanus Landrum was one of that line.
I believe John (1)'s grand son James was the one whomarried Rebecca Duncan of Cherokee ancestry. James was the son of Reuben Landrum.Reuben left Chatham County NC and settled in Cross Keys SC.Walter Evans
