There was an interesting suit in Essex Co Va Order Book 19,15 Jan 1754,pages 334-336.It regards some land that had descended from Thomas Page to the Allens,then to Browns and Disons. (Valentine Allen had two daughter:Elizabeth m to Wm Brown and Christian m to Richard Dison).It reveals that in that year, 1754, there was a William Brown 3rd,grandson of the William Brown who married Elizabeth Allen.I never pursued him as my Essex ancestors had largely left Essex around that era.This suit also states that Thomas Page "had issue ONLY one daughter Mary who intermarried with Valentine Allen."So this record answers two of your questions:Page did not have a daughter married to Cornelius Noel and Wm Jr did appear to have a son, Wm 3rd, living in 1754.
