my father William Isaac Lane, son of William Henry Lane b abt 1850 "from Indiana" married to Hannah Gentry--four children listed in 1880 census in Anderson Indiana.Children Wm Henry, Martha (died infant--buried in Neese Cemetery with mother), Mary (m Taylor), and Francis ("Frank").Wm died in Yakima Washington abt 1910, brother Frank died in Portland Oregon 1922, respondent was sister Mary Taylor.

These Indiana Lanes are illusive.
