Where did you find the name Jane Knob? The data you have seems very similar to what I have for Jane Noble.
Genealogical Data Relating to Women in the Western Reserve Before 1840 (1850) compiled by the Women's Department, Cleveland Centennial Commission, 1973; FHL film #1009031.
page 38, Lorrain County names of women who were born in Eaton township or came prior to 1850: Langdon, Mrs. Charles, maiden name Jane Noble, came 1833, from Grafton, died Eaton.
