Do you happen to know who Enoch's parents were in SC? Did Enoch have a sister Nancy Langford b abt 1794?

In the 1840 Tishomingo Co MS census Enoch Langford was living very near my ggg grandparents David Bruton b 1790 SC and Nancy Langford Bruton.

Any help greatly appreciated.
